Corporate Receptionist

Our client is looking for a Receptionist to join their team on an urgent basis. They are looking for someone who is bright, bubbly, a quick learner who provides excellent customer service with a smile. This is a brand new role for the company so expectations are high and previous customer service experience is essential. 

Duties will include:

• Being the first point of contact for all employees, clients and visitors to the firm
• Booking and managing meeting rooms
• Welcoming clients with a smile
• Answering and transferring calls
• Issuing visitor passes
• Provide an exceptional level of customer service to all visitors at all times
