HR Business Partner (Part Time)

Our client is offering a rare opportunity for a HR Business Partner to work on a part time basis within their successful business. This role could be ideal for a Senior HR Advisor, HR Business Partner or HR Manager. Our client is established, you'll report into the Operations Manager and have the support of a talented and stable small HR team. Our Gwent based client offers above average holiday entitlement of 37 days holiday, life insurance, employee discount and company pension scheme. The salary of up to 35000 is the full time equivalent salary, this role is a part time opportunity and so the salary will be pro rata.
This role is a generalist HR position, you will support managers with their people related matters, manage ER cases (low volume) and provide legally sound HR advice and guidance, maintenance of HR policies and procedures, HR projects, engagement initiatives and management development.

The ideal candidate for this role will be available 2 - 3 days per week and happy to work on a part time basis. You will have experience in the above areas and will be CIPD qualified.
