SERVICE DESK ANALYST FOR NEW YORK FIRM'S LONDON OFFICE - 12pm-8pm.

This is one of the City's iconic US law firms, and they are looking to offer a permanent contract to someone with service desk experience signing off issues as first line of support and providing initial second line support to assist second and third line technicians.
The hours for this IT support role are !pm to 9pm Monday to Friday.
The role involves managing IT incidents, problems and change requests, answering and dealing with incoming calls and emails, entering call details on the service system, dealing with and signing off first line issues, providing initial second line support, whilst prioritising and escalating calls as the single point of contact for incoming issues.
The successful support specialist will be joining a thoroughly supportive IT Department, and can look forward to the best in career and skills development.
