PA to Chief Operating Officer - Foreign Languages

Ideally look for someone from an international background, understands the size, scope and magnitude of working for a larger organization globally. Understands implications of timezones and business decisions etc 
Discretion is key, confidentially. Lots of diary and inbox work, attending meetings and taking minutes
Need someone who can work collaboratively, an enabler not a blocker who gate keeps for her CCO buts helps guides others to the info and access they require without restricting access to COO 
Additional European language would be beneficial - 

• Language capability – This is still a must we are looking for people who are fluent in either French, German or Spanish. Please ensure their language capability is stipulated on their CV.
