Junior Assistant

My client is a successful, high end commercial talent agent seeking a super star junior candidate who has their finger on the pulse of all things culture, entertainment and media. No 2 days will ever be the same! The right candidate will be highly discreet, incredibly organized and have bags of energy. This is a stepping stone into a brilliant career of talent management.

This is by no means a 9-5 job, there will opportunities to travel and you will not be sat a desk.

Duties might include:

• Managing client schedules and putting together itineraries
• Booking hotels, flights, cabs
• Liaising with hair stylists, makeup artists, clothes stylists, location scouters
• Liaising with high profile talent
• Being on hand to run last minute errands
• Ad hoc private PA duties
• Generally being helpful!

The right candidate will:
