PA/Office Manager within Boutique Family Office

Working alongside the two founding Principals of this boutique family office you’ll be the wearer of all the hats. One day you’ll be organising a complex trip to the African continent and the next you’ll be running down Bond Street to collect a gift, you’ll be working with the FD on Company Accounts and then you’ll be liaising with the landlord over the air conditioning.

There are few roles that will allow you the depth and breadth of opportunity to become involved and to be that true ‘lynch-pin’ that every office needs.

With a ‘anything is possible’ attitude at your core, you’ll be the first person to the fire, the planner, the reactor, and you’ll be one of those people who just gets stuff done.

The family office has strong links with conservation and Africa so if you are aligned to these, then you’ll work will become even more rewarding.

With a small office of just five people, they are finding that working together in the office (with flexibility) is working well for them, so you’ll be based in the office in Mayfair from day one – they don’t, however, have a 9-5 or 8-6 mentality but they work very well together, and they’d love you to be part of this team.

There are strong elements of admin needed, so this role won’t be for you if you like to outsource this to a junior administration person – this is a boutique office where everyone rolls their sleeves up and gets things done and then sits back to enjoy the fruits of their hard work together.

The term ‘family’ is often overused but this is very much the way in which they work, both as a family office but in terms of the culture where ‘we’re all in this together’ very much springs to mind.
