Our client, a growing startup, is currently recruiting for the exciting opportunity of Customer Support Specialist. This position will be based in Thame and will be £25-30,000, dependent on experience.

A bespoke provider of luxury kitchen splashback is looking to hire a phenomenal new customer services agent to provide first-class support to their growing customer base. 

Looking to find someone who has bags of personality, can work in a busy environment, has exceptional clients service skills and a hard-working attitude! A  passion for kitchen designs could be a bonus! 

You will be joining a growing company within huge plans working alongside a fabulous team who work hard and get great results.  To join this awesome company, you will have a bit of a wild side and enjoy being totally focused on creating a positive environment for their customers and delivering the ultimate experience from beginning to end. 

Customer Support Specialist Duties

 

  • The best candidates will have previous customer service experience, at least two years.
  • Prioritise and process customer orders and requests submitted by telephone, email, or instant message
  •  Investigate and resolve customer complaints and resolve complaints quickly and patiently, including assistance of customers who may have received their orders late, received the wrong order, or received faulty products.
  • Liaise with company suppliers to arrange collections, deliveries item repairs, correspondence and email management as needed
  • Work as part of the sales team to drive positive company sales results
  • Communicate with customers about their orders, including any delays or changes in delivery

 

Customer Support Specialist Requirements

Be able to read building plans would be advantageous
