EA to CEO - Finance

Ref:13939: This is a phenomenal opportunity for a switched on, highly motivated and business savvy EA to work for a highly regarded Family Office with multiple business interests. Working from beautiful Mayfair offices, this EA will support the CEO of the arm of the business that invests in start ups and the atmosphere is entrepreneurial in feel.  Duties will include complex diary management, research and prep ahead of senior level meetings, Board and Stakeholder management, PowerPoint presentations and interesting projects such as events. The CEO is a consummate networker and a large part of the role will be support around this, researching potential contacts and maintaining strong relationships with current contacts.  Working with a team of high performers there is no hierarchy but standards are incredibly high, this EA must be adept at problem solving with a proactive, can do attitude and the ability to work at all levels, bringing teams together.  This is a full throttle role where hard work is rewarded financially and staff are really valued.  The ideal EA will be degree educated, IT savvy, particularly around PowerPoint, various Apps, LinkedIn and other networking databases and have around 10+ years’ experience having supported at Founder and CEO Level during their career.  Industries such as PE, Hedge Fund, FS, VC would suit.
