Team Assistant - Finance within Luxury Sector

13859: This is a fabulous opportunity for an ambitious and motivated Team Assistant t to join a young, super intelligent and dynamic team.  Supporting the hugely successful and incredibly busy founders of this fast-growing company that invests in a wide range of industries including luxury, travel and tech, this Team Assistant will be a true right-hand support and will be able to get fully involved in the business.  Working collaboratively with the Senior EA to ensure your bosses lives run smoothly, the pace is fast and you will work to tight deadlines and deal with constant last-minute changes.  The Founders travel weekly so the ability to forward think and plan strategically is key.  This Team Assistant will be part of business meetings, ensuring points are actioned and coming up with solutions to issues as they arise.  The role is client facing and this Team Assistant will be the point person for investors and entrepreneurs so you must enjoy interacting with others and building relationships.  The company really look after their staff with regular offsites in luxury locations which this Team Assistant will organise and attend and the opportunity to WFH as business dictates.  This Team Assistant will also champion the office culture coming up with fun ideas to ensure the office is a fun place to work. The ideal Team Assistant will have around 2 years’ experience having worked in fast paced industries such as luxury, PE, media, PR or similar.
