We are looking for a dynamic and experienced EA who has extensive experience within finance to support a truly charming CEO and COO of this leading hedge fund.  This role is not only supporting two inspiring and genuinely lovely individuals, it is also incredibly varied with not only traditional EA duties but project work and events too. You would be part of a dynamic and sociable team in beautiful offices and no day will be the same.  This is a brand new role that you can make your own it is essential that you have supported at a senior level and have the industry experience too.  The role involves but is not limited to:

• Organising and maintaining diaries, arranging meetings and conference calls

• Liaise with the Chief of Staff to ensure deliverables and actions are tracked and prioritised

• Prepare Board meetings, management meetings and off-sites

• Produce documents, spreadsheets, reports and presentations

• Manage busy inbox, keep track of responses and any follow ups required

• Act as a gatekeeper, screening calls, enquiries, requests, and handling where appropriate

• Liaising with clients, contacts and employees where appropriate

• Take detailed notes, minuting meetings and identifying key action points and ensuring they are taken forward

• Developing processes and systems

• Carry out specific projects/research

• Book client lunches and help to organise the company’s social events

• Liaise with HR for on-boarding and off-boarding of employees

• Liaise with HR for the smooth running of interviews

• Be accessible to other Senior Management members for ad hoc tasks i.e. produce employee surveys, keep organisation charts updated, update company website etc.

• Ensure the CEO’s day runs seamlessly and being one step ahead

• Manage overseas travel and hotel accommodation and ensure the smooth running of business itinerary for the Marketing team

• Process travel expenses for Senior Management team and Marketing team

The successful candidate will be:

• Calm under pressure and able to prioritise well

• Able to deal with a large volume of work and tight deadlines

• Excellent attention to detail

• A team player

• Hardworking, with a strong work ethic

• Trustworthy & extremely discreet

• Tech savvy and familiarity with current digital tools

• Understands Hedge Funds and ability to understand a complex business structure

You must have at least 4/5 yrs + EA experience working in financial services, as well as good MS Office and possess a proactive and friendly demeanor, and take real pride in what they do.
