Team Assistant - Investor Relations

Fantastic opportunity  to join the Investor Relations team in a varied and client facing support role. Working across the London based and European offices you will be supporting the Marketing teams with the production of reports, presentations and marketing materials, working for a leading Property Investment company. You will also be a key contact regarding the client relationship management database and support the senior leadership team with data for boarding meetings. 

There will also be a strong marketing slant to the role, creating, editing and updating marketing collateral for both internal and external stakeholders. 

We are ideally looking for someone who is educated to degree level. It is essential that you have at least 2 years business administration ideally from within the finance, property or legal sectors. 

It is essential that you have excellent written and spoken English, strong MS Office skills and ideally have some exposure to InDesign, Illustrator or Photoshop. 

This role is a 12 month FTC with the chance to extend.
