Team Administrator required for an expanding and highly successful building consultancy firm, who boast an impressive client base. Based in their London office and working closely with colleagues based throughout the UK, this is an exceptional opportunity to join a highly regarded, collaborative, sociable and successful business that places real emphasis on employee wellbeing and development.

As the sole support for the office, this is a newly created role and so my client is looking for an individual who is confident, proactive, able to prioritise workload and manage expectations.

Duties will include the organisation of travel, meetings, hotels and flights, plus lots of client contact and communication. As you will be assisting with the preparation and proofreading of contracts and proposals, a high level of written and spoken English, good grammar and attention to detail are essential to success within the role.

Ideal for a Team Administrator with a minimum of 3-4yrs administrative experience, this will be a busy and varied role which will exceed expectation.

Duties include:

  • Travel, flight, hotel and train booking
  • Meeting and greeting clients visiting the London office
  • Call management, assisting with queries where possible
  • Production, proofreading and final read-throughs of client proposals and documentation
  • Maintaining an efficient electronic filing system by ensuring that the filing of documents is kept up to date, creating new files, scanning and archiving documents and saving to the shared drive
  • Updating contacts databases on a regular basis
  • Ensuring the office runs smoothly - overseeing deliveries, post, consumables and systems
  • Additional administrative duties, as required by the team

  • Detail orientated with excellent attention to detail
  • Someone who has previously worked within an administrative role experienced balancing a busy workload and prioritising accordingly
  • Ambassadorial, professional, approachable and highly organised
  • Someone who will seek to understand the business and want to take an active part in its’ continued growth
  • Someone who enjoys implementing ideas and better working processes
  • Hands on and flexible, helpful and sociable

Skills and experience required:

  • Competent with MS Office including Word, Excel, PPT, Outlook, CRM
  • At least three to four years experience working in a similar role
