Investor Relations Analyst

A fantastic opportunity for an Investor Relations Assistant to join an investment management firm focusing on Real Estate in central London with international offices. This is initially a 1 year fixed term contract to start in July, with the potential to extend.

The Investor Relations Analyst will support the Investor Relations & Marketing teams based in London, Paris and Munich in delivering excellent client service. The role will include data management, and marketing and materials development.

You will be joining the Investor Relations/MarComms team of 11 based in London, Paris and Munich, broadly split into 3 sections: client facing/sales, back office support and marcomms. This role straddles all 3 sections and is a fantastic opportunity for a graduate with a head for numbers and strong interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

Investor Relations

• Producing pitchbooks, presentations and marketing materials as required

• Maintaining complex databases tracking key business information including transactions and performance track records

• Quarterly data management including HR numbers, AUM etc.

• Assisting the in-house research team with reports and presentations throughout the year

• Advisory Board meetings: helping in organizing and managing logistics for the bi-annual advisory board meetings

• Helping to manage the investor Requests for Proposals database

Marketing & Communications

• Creating, editing and updating marketing materials including advertisements, invitations and the corporate overview

• Creating and managing the European content on the company website and LinkedIn page

• Maintaining investor databases and distribution lists in the Client Relationship Management tool

Advertising

• Support the Investor Relations and Marketing & Communications teams with directory entries; editing and supplying artwork to key real estate publications

Competencies

• Strong knowledge of MS Office, especially PowerPoint and Excel;

• Strong numerical skills;

• Desirable: Knowledge of design packages - InDesign, Illustrator and Photoshop

• Beneficial: experience with a Client Relationship Management tool

• Excellent organizational skills;

• Handling diverse tasks in a timely manner, working to deadlines;

• A team player;

• Strong English is a prerequisite. Conversational level in at least one European language would be an advantage
