My client is a Tech Entrepreneur based between Kent and London. This role would be based between offices in Kent and London with scope to work remotely.*

This is an incredibly exciting opportunity for an EA who is passionate about sustainability and creating positive change, to join a dynamic, forward thinking and growing company in the tech industry. Masses of opportunity for this role to grow into something more than an EA.

You will be supporting a very inspiring CEO and Founder who is seeking a bright, enthusiastic and driven individual to make a huge difference to his life. He has a family and needs help managing his hectic time to avoid burnout! Ideally candidates will have worked with high performing bosses before.

Duties will include:

1. Extensive diary management. Looking a day, a week, and a month ahead. 
2. Papers or information presented to the CEO for early preparation. A week ahead of meeting preparation at all times.
3. Arranging all travel and accommodation needs for CEO and other key stakeholders where necessary.
4. First point of contact for all guests and clients to the CEO.
5.  Manage and prepare onsite and offsite meeting. 
6. Manage CEOs email inbox. Filter – respond to emails, inform CEO of emails that need attention.
7. Prepare and facilitate all board meetings. Full and complete minutes should be taken.
8. Working with both the Senior Team and Board of Directors. Gain complete confidence of the CEO, Senior Team and Board of Directors.
9. ‘Eyes and Ears’ – in the absence of the CEO, work as a team with the office team to ensure effective management of reception and office.
