Executive Assistant - 12 Month Mat Cover - £45,000 - London



Our client is a global investment management firm who are looking for an Executive Assistant to support the Head of UK/EMEA Distribution and their team in a 12-month maternity cover.



As Executive Assistant to the distribution team you will be responsible for:

Providing full secretarial support to the Head of UK/EMEA distribution and the wider team.
Manage complex calendars and diary's using Outlook
Arrange meetings, conference calls and webinars
Coordinate and organise travel
Minute taking and recording
Transcription of letters, emails, memos and reports
To be a successful applicant for this role you must have:

An Advanced knowledge of the full Microsoft Office Package
The ability to manage sensitive and confidential information
Strong attention to detail with excellent verbal and written communication skills
The ability to build strong relationships at all levels both internally and externally
A knowledge of Salesforce is advantageous
