This is a 1:1 PA role for a Property Consultant based in the City, providing 1:1 PA support to a well-known and highly successful Property consultant. Woking in a long-established London Property Consultancy prides itself on its personal contact and tailored approach to its clients’ property needs.
The firm is recognised as a major development instigator and has been involved in many commercial and residential developments and includes major landmark buildings in London and throughout the UK. The Practice has attained a strong professional background, growing rapidly since its establishment and now serves a client base in the region of 350. This includes many major companies, PLCs, governments, charitable institutions, private individuals and even Lords and pop groups!
The Candidate
As a Personal Assistant, you will be required to provide high-level administrative support and diary management for the company Director. Your main responsibilities will include but are not limited to:
- Assisting the company Director with a range of administrative tasks
- Liaising with clients, ensuring strong and trusting relationships are built
- Supporting the company Director with the preparation, diarising and delivery of client meetings
- Responding to enquiries via telephone and email
To be considered for the Personal Assistant role, you must have demonstrable experience providing high-level executive support. In addition, the following key skills and experience are essential:
- Experience working in the Property sector, particularly Agency and Consultancy.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Exemplary telephone manner
- Computer literate (Word and Excel)
- The ability to work under pressure and to a deadline
- Highly organised with a flair for creativity, innovation and problem-solving. Your roles as the PA in this firm can be ever-changing, as so is an exciting and interesting role for the right person. Ideally, you will have provided support in the property sector and dealt with celebrities and UHNWI individuals in the past. As the PA in this company, you will be building relationships with clients and being the ambassador for the company. Hence, happy and helpful nature is important, clear and friendly telephone manner, and being highly organised and able to implement new processors such as a CRM system.
