Our Client is looking for an experienced Administrator, to support the Finance team.
Client Details
Our client is a car buying service with over 350 branches across the UK. You will be joining the Middleton branch. providing Admin and Secretarial support. You will be working Saturday & Sunday every week.
Description
The key responsibilities include:
The successful Administrator will be responsible for:
o Checking finance settlement agreements and clearance letters
o Allocating the correct finance company for payment
o Reviewing VAT documentation
o Reviewing and ensuring all the correct documentation is present within the deal
o Dealing with purchase queries
· Support the wider finance team with any admin duties
PLEASE NOTE: Your contracted hours are Saturday & Sunday each week.
Profile
The successful Administrator will have/ be:
· Good organisational and communication skills.
· Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
· Excellent attention to detail.
· Ability to be flexible within the role.
· Able to prioritise workloads and achieve tight deadlines.
· Efficient with a strong work ethic.

Job Offer
19K salary + 10% bonus scheme + Permanent contract
