We have a London based client with offices in Buckinghamshire who are looking for experienced, polished and efficient Receptionists to join their organisation, acting as strong ambassadors for the company.
Duties will include:
- Acting as first point of contact for all visitors to the offices, meeting and greeting with upmost professionalism
- Fielding all telephone calls with precision and accuracy
- Liaising with building managers and security to secure a smooth running of the reception
- Assisting with post and other administrative duties throughout the day
You will be:
- An enthusiastic and professional candidate who has strong experience in previous Front of House roles
- A flexible and loyal candidate who is willing to go above and beyond
- A clear communicator with the ability to work quickly and efficiently
