My client specialise in providing high-quality home care for adults and children across Central and Greater London. They are expanding rapidly and due to this, they are currently seeking a newly appointed position of a Recruitment Team Leader who will have responsibility for the team of 4 Recruitment Coordinators, including one Resourcer.
Due to this being a new position within the company, it’s a fantastic opportunity to really make the role your own and make a difference to the day to day running of the team.
They are looking for someone with an impressive track record of leading, managing and developing teams to achieve targets, so experience as a Team Leader within an internal recruitment environment is imperative.
Day to day duties will include, but not be limited to:
As mentioned above, experience of working as a Team Leader within recruitment, either onsite or internally within a company would be highly advantageous, even more so if it’s within healthcare.

- Leading, supporting and mentoring the recruitment team to deliver an end-to-end recruitment service.
- Understanding the needs of the business and allocating resources accordingly
- Participate in various weekly and monthly meetings, and prepare reports/presentations to support these, as required.
- Monitor weekly and monthly performance against key individual and team KPIs and conduct monthly 1-1s with team members.
- Ensuring the team are adhering to our high compliance standards. Identifying any areas for improvement and providing additional training or process changes if required.
- Provide up to date forecast against targets and key KPIs to identify any issues with underperformance and highlight overperformance.
- Coach team in leveraging various resources - internet, community organizations, print media, formal/informal networks, colleges, trade associations - to, directly and indirectly, source and attract qualified candidates.
- Weekly review on advert posting and application numbers reporting back to the Onboarding Manager.
- Own and manage the recruitment process from initial candidate contact to offer, ensuring an outstanding candidate experience.
- Execute recruitment plans in line with Company recruitment policies and requirements.
- Conduct interviews with prospective candidates in accordance with sector regulations and best practices
- Manage the entire application process for all candidates.
