We have a superb new opportunity to join market-leading US law firm as a Professional Development Coordinator.

It's an incredible opportunity to join the London office of a firm that is consistently ranked amongst the very best in the world! Reporting to the Director of Professional Development and working as part of a friendly team, this role offers a huge amount of scope for involvement.

Main responsibilities will include:

* Coordinating and support learning and development programs and professional development initiatives for lawyers, trainee solicitors and students.
* Assisting in the coordination and design of the London Trainee Solicitor Orientation and Trainee Solicitor Development Program, ensuring compliance with the SRA's requirements regarding training and supervision of trainees.
* Analyse feedback and data for firmwide conferences, local and regional programs, and professional development initiatives; prepare summary reports and recommend adjustments. Creating and developing other internal reports and presentations as needed.
* Using the firm's learning management system for all learning events (registration, reminders, attendance tracking and online course completions).
* Managing program and meeting logistics, including recruiting presenters; scheduling programs and meetings, securing conference rooms and necessary AV/IT support, coordinating room set-up and materials, and troubleshoot as needed.
