EA to CIO – maternity cover


Investment Management firm in the City of London


£20 per hour plus holiday pay


 


My client is an established, globally recognised investment management firm with stunning offices in the City of London, within walking distance from main stations such as Liverpool Street, Fenchurch Street and Cannon Street.


 


They are happy to offer remote working initially for either some or all the week, with the view to start returning to the office as restrictions continue to ease.


 


WHAT YOU’LL DO


 


Main responsibilities in this role will include, but not be limited to:


 

• Working closely with the CIO on a daily basis and managing his high volume and complex diary
• Coordination of international travel, as restrictions ease, including the booking of hotels and transfers, with the production of travel itineraries, always in line with the company’s travel policy
• Ensuring timely completion of expenses and highlight any queries
• Receiving, screening and directing incoming calls
• Assisting with project work
• Taking minutes in a couple of meetings on a weekly basis and noting action points, with appropriate follow up to ensure deadlines are met

 


WHO YOU ARE


 


Experience of working within financial services, in a business support capacity and supporting at Director level or above, is imperative for this role to ensure that you can hit the ground running.
