Role: Executive Assistant 

Location: Mayfair, London

Days/Hours: Full-time (on-call)

Salary: £60,000 - £90,000 gross per annum

Start Date: ASAP

We are seeking a top Executive Assistant to work 1:1 with the CEO of a successful global company, 50/50 Business and Personal, based from the Principal’s property in Central London.

You would be contracted to work full-time hours, Monday – Friday. However, flexibility to work remotely outside of office hours and be on-call is required.

You will manage and coordinate the day-to-day affairs of the female Principal working alongside her family office in Turkey. Your time will be split between business (50%) and private (50%). You will be responsible for coordinating all personal travel, diary, restaurant bookings and social invitations, liaising with professionals and looking after personal affairs as well as supporting her in all aspects of running her International business. The CEO is exceptionally busy so it is imperative for the PA to be efficient, professional and experienced, with exemplary communication skills and strong business acumen.

The ideal candidate will be proactive, discreet and adaptable with an excellent black book of contacts in London. You must possess a meticulous eye for detail and excellent communication skills, you must be able to use your initiative to work to the highest level and possess exceptional administrative skills.

To be considered for this position you must have a minimum of 6+ years’ experience working as an EA/PA for an UHNWI in London.

The duties for the role will include;

  • Co-ordinating travel, including car services, hotel arrangements and flights
  • Working collaboratively with senior stakeholders in order to ensure the smooth running of commercial meetings
  • Supporting all your colleagues with access to the CEO when needed
  • Producing travel itineraries, including all required documentation
  • Maintaining travel records
  • Extensive diary management
  • Liaising with the family office
  • Making reservations for meetings/events at appropriate restaurants and venues
  • Collating and submitting all expenses
  • Organising/delegating refreshment orders for internal meetings and events
  • Ad-hoc administrative and personal tasks as and when required
  • Being eyes and ears in the office as well as an ambassador for the CEO internally
  • All business admin
  • Household administration and maintaining records
  • Overseeing household accounts and budgeting
  • Managing personal correspondence
  • General day to day administration
  • Personal shopping, sourcing desired home interiors, personal items and gifts
  • Assisting with a variety of special projects as directed

To be considered for this role you must;

  • Possess a minimum of 6+ years’ experience as a PA/EA working for an UHNWI in London
  • Be eligible to work in the UK
  • Have a valid passport
  • Be fluent in English Language
  • Have excellent contactable references
