HR Manager - Manufacturing (on site)

We are recruiting on behalf of a national manufacturing company who require an HR Manager to join their successful and growing team. The HR Manager will offer support for their West London manufacturing site – working with a team of two additional HR Managers to deliver a comprehensive HR strategy group wide. 
                           
You will be an experienced generalist responsible for advising and assisting Senior Stakeholders on all HR related matters including the following:

•           Resourcing and Talent Planning.
•           Learning and Development.
•           Employee Relations and Employee Engagement.
•           Performance and Reward.

The ideal candidate for this role will have: 

Previous experience in manufacturing and working on a manufacturing site 
•           3 years+ HR management experience.
•           Suitable CIPD qualification for this role (ideally Level 5 +).
•           Excellent written and spoken communication skills. 
•           Strong IT skills including Excel and People HR.
