This is a fantastic opportunity for a Receptionist and Office Manager to join a growing management consultancy. My client is an international company with offices all over Europe and the US. They are growing quickly and it's a really exciting time to join. They have a great team ethos and it is a brilliant place to work. 

As Receptionist and Office Manager you will be a core member of the support team. We are looking for someone highly service orientated with a muck in attitude and sees no job as too big or small. 

The role:
- First point of contact for clients and guests
- Ambassador of the company
- Answering and transferring calls
- Processing team travel expenses using Excel
- Preparing meeting rooms and ensuring the office is tidy
- Overseeing smooth day to day running of the office
- Placing stationery orders, stocking the fridge

The candidate: 
- Incredibly on the ball with excellent communication skills and used to providing 5* levels of service
- At least 2-3 years' experience in a similar role
- Work calmly under pressure and be adept at working in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent MS office skills, in particular Excel  

Salary is dependent on experience and you will be eligible for a discretionary bonus. 30 days holiday and you will receive pension and private healthcare. The hours are 8:30-6 for this role. There might be flexibility to finish earlier than this but they need someone on the phones from 8:30am. They are ideally looking for someone to get started working from the office asap.
