We are seeking to appoint a Spa Receptionist to join our vibrant team in providing quality customer service and support for our guests using the Spa.

The ideal candidate will have previous Reception experience.- minimum of x1 year.

Excellent customer service and communication skills.
Attention to detail to ensure the 5-star standard of service is delivered.
Computer literate and a good knowledge and understanding of Microsoft systems.
Ability to effectively interact with management, staff and guests in a professional manner.
Be a team player as well as an individual worker.
To be well presented and represent a high standard of competence at all times. Must have transport.
