Marketing Team Administrator

We are currently looking for a Permanent Marketing Team Administrator to join one of the world's leading specialist professional recruitment consultancies. With a client base from blue-chip corporations to major banks through to SMEs and local organisations working in the marketing team is highly varied.

The UK Marketing Team is a diverse & dedicated group of marketers from varying backgrounds. With anticipated business growth career progression opportunities will be available for those who desire to succeed!

As the Marketing Team Administrator, you will report to the UK Marketing Manager and be responsible for admin tasks related to the running of an industry leading marketing team. Supporting the team of 8 marketers across the UK the role will introduce you to the marketing profession and you will be a hugely important part of the team to ensure all processes, reporting & administrative tasks run smoothly.

Although marketing experience is not required for this role, we are looking for a positive attitude and strong enthusiasm for delivery. Strong administration & organisational skills are a must along with great social and relationship building skills.

Salary: GBP18,000 - GBP22,000
Location: Birmingham, with flexibility between home & work

Main responsibilities of the Marketing Team Administrator:
* Reporting: managing usage of job boards and revenue reports, google analytics reporting, following up from events & distributing information to the wider organisation
* Website: management of ad hoc website tasks, assisting with marketing optimisation
* Marketing collateral: assisting with client proposals, using marketing templates and assisting the teams account based marketing strategy
* Booking travel & hotels, organising business briefings, managing internal marketing tasks and ensuring all documents & marketing materials are available on the company intranet
* Ordering stationary as required, managing invoices & business cards
* Responsible for vouchers & staff incentives - tracking & delivering.
* Assisting with onboarding of new staff members and helping them to access marketing tools
* Database management & organising marketing mailers
* Assisting with events such as producing name badges, RSVPs and admin support

Key skills of the Marketing Team Administrator:
* Experience in a marketing role is not essential, but a motivated, upbeat and personable individual with the drive to learn is key!
* Excellent communication skills
* Excellent organisation skills and able to manage conflicting priorities daily
