Most of the products are made in our UK manufacturing facilities in Romford and in our French manufacturing facilities in Grand-Quevilly and Chateanueuf-en-Thymerais.

We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Senior HR Business Partner to work with function leaders to develop and deliver a HR agenda that aligns with and closely supports the achievement of our business goals.

Your experience will contribute to our organisation, adding value and enabling the achievement of overall business objectives by providing HR solutions, working with function leaders to build a talented workforce, maintain employee resilience and relations, whilst ensuring compliance with relevant employment and business regulations.

Building close working relationships and providing the HR expertise, coaching and guidance, you will have key responsibilities including:

  • Ensuring the HR agenda and calendar is delivered

  • Aligning the workforce to the delivery of business objectives

  • Recruiting the right talent and supporting talent management processes

  • Enhancing performance and supporting employee development

  • Coordinating onboarding processes

  • Overseeing wellbeing initiatives and maintaining employee relations

  • Planning and implementing HR initiatives

The job holder also connects strongly to our Group Human Resources team and acts as the UK lead for talent acquisition, employee engagement, wellbeing and compensation & benefits initiatives.

The ideal candidate for this role should be able to demonstrate personal leadership and business acumen, have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, be solution focused and comfortable with data, able to think strategically as well as having the planning and organisational skills to lead the implementation of tactical initiatives.

The role will suit an individual who loves to work collaboratively, is confident in their ability to professionally challenge the business and is interested in using their HR skills and experience to contribute to business improvement and growth.
