My client is looking for highly organised Planning Administrator to join their ever-growing organisation. You will be based in a hardworking and high achieving team, who are focused on satisfying their customers so a smooth-running production line is imperative.

Working with a local Food Manufacturing Business who prepare, high quality food for one of the UK's top grocery retailers. You will be working within the Commercial team dealing with customers, suppliers and production.

The Role is within a naturally fast-paced environment, which means you will be involved in a wide range of duties and be able to really develop your career into a Junior Planner with time.

Roles and Responsibility

Ensure the stock level of Packaging and Labels are kept up to date within the Planning Department
Liaise with the Commercial Director on projects and ensure everything completed within a timely manner
Communicate cross-functionally with relevant departments within the business as well as Food industry suppliers and customers, ensuring that production and planning departments are kept UpToDate with live packaging and label requirements in line with Production plans and timescales
General Administration support to the Planning Department and Commercial team
Keep the system up to date with any order amends
Manage supplier and coordination of packaging and materials in line with plans
Balance the stock levels of packaging and change requirements
Keep paperwork up to date and filed
Monitor production outputs to ensure there are no shortages to orders
Ensuring effective communication and organisation with customer requirements
Working closely within the planning team to assist any with other planning duties when required
To Be Successful as a Planning Administrator

Experience using Microsoft tools, especially Excel
Great organisation skills and the ability to prioritise different tasks
Good team working and relationship building skills
A can-do approach and real willingness to learn and develop
Worked on projects before and delivered to deadlines
Experience updating systems and managing people's expectations
