Payroll/HR consultancy Customer Success Manager

A leading software consultancy is seeking to hire an experienced Payroll/HR Customer Success Manager to join its expanding team in Manchester.

You will support clients within the Payroll and HR software space would be highly advantageous.

Main responsibilities will include:

Nurturing existing clients and working closely with sales teams to nurture new clients
Taking responsibility for customer success, customer projects and all client relationships.
Supporting payroll/HR software consultants with scoping client projects and creating proposals
Assigning resources to deliver excellent levels of client service
Develop and maintain sales pipeline for your existing clients and clients shared with partners
Following up after service delivery and setting up/attending meetings to reflect on services offered
