Ward are looking to appoint a skilled Administrator, experienced in processing purchase and sales invoices to work within the Hazardous Waste team based at our Chesterfield site (New Bridge Lane, Old Whittington, Chesterfield, S41 9HY). The role will report to the Lead Hazardous Waste Coordinator and undertake a range of duties:
MAIN DUTIES
* Deal with incoming enquiries and orders
* Processing sales and purchase invoices
* Build relationships with customer and providers
* Support the hazardous waste team
* Intercept, sign and complete incoming paperwork
* Maintain records, including filing, scanning, quotes
* Complete Chesterfields EA returns
KNOWLEDGE
* Waste Industry and basic hazardous knowledge experience advantageous but not essential
* Good IT Skills, professional phone manner, team player and office environment knowledge
GENERAL RESPONSIBILITIES:
* To support WARD in achieving continuous improvement in performance and profitability.
