Page Personnel are currently recruiting for a HR Advisor to join their client, a Not for Profit based in Liverpool City Centre. The purpose of the role is to provide all aspects of generalist HR support and advice to line managers, team leaders and employees in line with the Group policies and procedures and to support the HR and Business Strategy.

Description

Responsibilities of the HR Advisor:

To coach, support, mentor and challenge managers in the application of HR policies and practices, provide advice and guidance on complex HR issues in order to minimise risk and financial exposure
To ensure that all relevant legislative requirements, including those relating to Equality & Diversity are embedded in the development of project and policy work and in all the advice provided to customers
To develop recruitment policies and practices to effectively meet resource requirements for the Group, ensuring best practice and value for money
Provide advice and guidance in recruitment selection processes to support the Group and the customer
To support managers in all aspects of attendance management including assistance in achieving KPI's, management of both long and short term absence and utilising support from external partners in line with Group policies and procedures
To support and advise managers in all aspects of employee relations including discipline, grievance and performance management in line with Group policies and procedures

Profile

The successful candidate will have:

CIPD Level 7 qualification
Previous experience in a HR Advisor / HR Business Partner role
Good generalist understanding of the HR function with knowledge of multiple human resource disciplines (employee engagement and well-being, performance management, diversity etc.)
Experience working with managers to create positive business outcomes
Excellent communication skills
Experience working with and leading people from all levels of an organisation
Experience resolving complex employee relations issuesJob Offer
