Due to an internal promotion, an opening for an entry level candidate has arisen with one of our favourite clients. Working closely with one other receptionist, you will be responsible for all front office activities such as managing the reception area, including running the diary for the conference and meeting rooms, handling incoming calls and visitors in a friendly and professional way, monitoring and ordering office supplies and organising the maintenance of office equipment. There will also be an opportunity to offer support to Senior PA’s, organise travel for the wider team and get involved with ad hoc projects.
The role, which is based in Kensington, presents an excellent opportunity for a candidate who has a smart professional appearance, a warm, helpful demeanour and is 100% reliable. Ideal for applicants looking for their first role out of OMBS or Quest, or with a little previous office experience.
