Experience in a similar Customer Service focused role is essential.
Excellent communication skills.
Ability to work under pressure to strict deadlines.
Strong IT skills with experience in all Microsoft Office applications.
Self-motivated, flexible and enthusiastic.

The Role

The purpose of the role is to provide excellent sales and customer service support to existing customers.

Main duties and responsibilities of this role include:

Provide exceptional customer service with a can-do attitude
Deal with a high volume of inbound and outbound calls maintaining a professional approach at all times.
Ensure customer orders, received by telephone or email, are processed with attention to detail and ensuring the customers' requirements are fulfilled.
Work closely with Account Managers and other internal departments to satisfy customer requirements.
Maintain customer records and contract pricing.
Ensure all paperwork in relation to customer accounts is accurate, complete and filed as per company requirements.
Prepare and submit quotations and tenders to help secure future business.
Deal with and respond to customer complaints quickly and efficiently.
Maintain regular contact with customers, providing customers with product and promotional updates.
Prepare customer sales reports as required.
Undertake specific project work within the department as required.
