My client is currently looking to recruit the following position;
HUMAN RESOURCES AND HEALTH AND SAFETY TECHNICIAN factory UK.
HR functions:
Application, monitoring and control of the Group's HR procedures.
Personnel selection. Integration plans.
Management and monitoring of training.
Management of internal communication.
Management of payroll, social security and taxes. Employee registrations and cancellations. Holidays.
Preparation of reports, statistical data and cost analysis. Human resources dashboards. (absenteeism, overtime, accidents, turnover of personnel,...).
H&S functions:
Apply the Group's H&S Management System.
Health and Safety reports.
Accident investigation.
Development and improvement of safety levels in the plant.

Requirements
Degree in Law or Psychology, with training in Occupational Risk Prevention.
Essential experience in the area of Human Resources and Health and Safety, minimum 3 years and preferably experience in an industrial company with an international character.
Spanish language valued.
Computer skills at user level.
We offer
Indefinite contract and training at the expense of the company.
