Work with an inspirational People and Operations team at a sought after-firm where the culture represents the perfect balance of corporate and creative. You will support the HR & Finance function with administration across a wide spectrum of areas including recruiting, comps & bens, payroll, performance and updating and running reports from a number of HR and finance systems. Being adept with various platforms and software (including Excel/Google sheets) and enjoying a broad role is essential for this varied opportunity.
To be considered for this role you will need be able to demonstrate a strong academic record of acheivement and have handled a similar position previously in a dynamic, very fast-moving enviornment. You will be accustomed to operating at pace with a high degree of attention to detail and you really thrive when working amongst intelligent, demanding and fun colleagues.

Regular duties will include:
- Helping to carefully prepare various HR documents from offer letters to NDAs and visa applications
- Updating electronic records in the HR system, including data on hours, job roles, salaries, always ensuring compliance with GDPR
- Managing internal administration for the firm's various benefit schemes, including renewals and updating membership information
- Helping to coordinate annual performance reviews and producing salary and bonus documentation
- Compiling accurate monthly payroll data, taking into account any changes in staff status
- Providing support for all recruiting activities, including interviews, interview panels, feedback groups and compiling metrics for key hires
- Managing onboarding and offboarding progammes
- Champion D&I and employee wellbeing initiatives and be instrumental in the coordination of staff celebrations
- Supporting the finance team with the processing of purchase invoicing, expense processing and preparing monthly budgets
- Opportunity for involvement in key parts of the investment cycle including portfolio valutions and capital calls
- Involvement in ad-hoc projects including implementation and roll-out of new HR and finance systems and company culture initiatives
