German speaking Project Coordinator

A multinational management consultancy firm is looking for an organised Project Coordinator with fluent German to provide seamless support to the Project Specialist team. In this role you will be in charge of various projects ensuring all resources, planning, scheduling and materials for the workshops are being delivered in time. Your responsibilities will include:

• Planning, scheduling and coordinating projects for German clients
• Working closely and cooperatively with the Project Specialist team
• Interacting with clients when required
• Ensuring all workshop materials are coordinated with clients and deadlines are met

Profile:

• Required to be fluent in German to a native level, both written and spoken
• Fluency in English, both written and spoken
• Previous experience in coordinating trainings, events or projects is a must
• Great communicator with excellent planning and multitasking skills and a keen eye for detail
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment and able to work independently but also within a team
