Our client, a highly regarded, thriving food business, supply premium quality products to an extensive list of key customers including major retailers, food service and industrial markets.
The role
Due to internal promotion, an opportunity has arisen for a driven and determined HR Administrator to join the team. Duties include:
* Dealing with HR queries on a day-to-day basis.
* Completion of weekly site KPI's.
* Provide HR support on matters such as discipline, absence management, grievance, maternity, paternity, flexible working, payroll etc.
* Ensure all aspects of ER meet legislative requirements.
* Contributing to Audits.
* Supporting the HR team to develop and deliver policies.
This is a varied and challenging position which is extremely fast-paced, however this is such an incredibly exciting time to join one of the UK's leading food manufacturing companies and be an integral part of a growing, forward thinking, robust business.
The person
* CIPD Level 3
* Food manufacturing background desirable
* Experience working in a small and fast-paced team
* Strong administration skills
* Clear communicator across all levels of the business
* Computer literate
* Meticulous attention to detail
The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years' experience in a similar role (HR Administrator/Assistant/Advisor), ideally within a food manufacturing environment with a large, multilingual workforce. You will be flexible and adaptable and able to communicate effectively across all levels of the business.
You will be extremely organised, resilient and have the ability to remain upbeat and focussed in a challenging, fast-paced environment.
