Experienced Executive Assistant – Manhattan Start-Up
Salary: $65,000 - $75,000p.a. + benefits
Start: ASAP!
Tiger is working exclusively with a brand new start-up that is set to grow this year! They are looking to add an experienced Executive Assistant to work as a right hand to the CEO/Founder who is incredibly well regarded in their space. This is a full-time permanent role, working 9am – 5pm Monday through Friday.
Working alongside a small but growing team your day will include:
Extensive scheduling and calendar management for the CEO
Gatekeeper for all incoming emails and phone calls to the CEO
Coordination of national and international travel, that will at times change last-minute
Client liaison
General company administration
A small amount of personal assistance (c. 10%)
This is going to be a fairly traditional role that will suit someone who has extensive experience and genuinely loves to be an EA. You will be comfortable working in a start-up environment where some processes are yet to be implemented, and have a no-job-too-small attitude. This will begin as a remote role, with a view to move into offices in the Fall.
