Salary: GBP22k-25k dependant on experience

As a Customer Service Advisor, you'll be the face of the business, meeting and serving the customers that come into the branch throughout the day, as well as those that call in. You'll be a key to the experience each customer has when they deal with the business, so the service you provide is key. This means putting the customer first when handling requests, answering questions, discussing and comparing products, providing quotes and converting these quotes and queries into sales.

You'll join Gibbs & Dandy Leeds. This branch is a well-established and busy branch with a friendly team of 11 who work hard to offer a great service and excellent product knowledge. The branch has a sales office, warehouse, shop & counter, showroom and manages three customer delivery vehicles.

Experience of working in a customer-focussed sales role
Motivation to secure and increase sales orders
A genuine enthusiasm for dealing with customers, and a 'customer 1st' attitude
The ability to build strong relationships internally and externally
