Associ8solutions are currently supporting a manufacturer in their search to find a HR Advisor.
The Role
This is a fantastic opportunity to work as part of an established manufacturers HR team. This is a brand-new role. Our client is seeking a strong generalist HR professional who has good Employee Relations experience. The successfully candidate will also play an active role in a new and exciting Learning and Development project. The main purpose of this project is to make sure that they are completely legally compliant, all records are up to date, to utilise their software efficiently and to train managers on how to use their software to the best of their abilities.
The Candidate
The successful candidate will have current HR experience, preferably within manufacturing. It is essential that you have a strong generalist HR knowledge and have previously worked on employee relations and learning and development.
