Rate: - GBP18,000 - GBP20,000 basic

The Resolute Group has continued our record success in 2020 securing more National agreements on both contingent and retained services. This pushing us past our current capabilities which requires us to hire additional support to our team on a permanent basis.

Our branding is very important and as such we need someone that can support us with our day-to-day Marketing but happy doing the day-to-day admin tasks as well. Being a smaller company, we want to give more time to our recruiters and resources by having a dedicated Marketing person in our business. Focused on social media to ensure we have daily activity across LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter etc.

We also need someone that can develop with the company as there will be times that we need presentations creating, PDF brochures and marketing ideas / support with harder to fill positions. This is something that will come with time, training and development but we want someone that wants to keep pushing their boundaries and experience.

This is an office-based role as you need to be working closely with the leaderships team and Recruitment Consultants. There is flexibility around timings as we appreciate that not everyone's life can operate around a 9-5 model anymore.

Qualifications and Experience:

Previous Marketing experience is required so you have an idea of the tasks involved around social media use.
Happy to support the administration team as required as the marketing role builds within the business.
