Account Manager / Customer Service Executive required to with my client based in Tring.
Job responsibilities:
* Manage agency relationships, building a strong rapport with agency contacts
* Ensure all activities adhere to the customer service guarantee set by management and industry set regulatory deadlines
* Manage the onboarding process for all new customers, issuing all relevant documents, checking ID and liaising with agencies
Skills required:
* Proven Account Management or at very least Executive Customer Service skills.
* Excellent organisation skills.
* Good client building and communication skills.
* Bright individually, wanting to work hard and impress.!
