Our client, an UHNWI businesswoman with global success in the scientific industry, is seeking a proactive and discrete Private PA to provide seamless support and be a true right-hand to this busy individual.

With offices and a residence in Mayfair, this is an involved role that will involve supporting with all administrative duties and supporting the newly launched UK arm of the business. Responsibilities will include (but are not limited to):

• Managing diaries
• Writing formal letters and emails
• Coordinating with other team members, including family PA team based in India
• Managing the day-to-day operations of charity foundation
• Liaising with household managers, school, restaurants and personal shoppers
• Assisting with horse breeding programme
• Ad-hoc administration.

The ideal candidate for this Private PA position will have strong administrative experience, ideally within a PA or Private PA role, have a strong work ethic and be a strong team-player. You will also be flexible in nature and be adept at working in a fast-paced environment.

Salary for this Private Personal Assistant position is up to £50K depending on experience and the role comes with additional benefits.

Our client is seeking a team of Private Personal Assistants to provide cover from 9am - 9pm 7 days a week, therefore this role will operate as part of a shift system covering 6 days on, 3 days off.
