We have a great opportunity for a Senior level EA to join this Global Retailer supporting the Corporate Responsibility Director. This is a fast pace and demanding international role that will suit a resilient and tenacious EA, ideally from a similar background. The ability to forge relationships at all levels, both internally and externally is essential.

Working closely with Corporate Responsibility Director you will provide full EA support to include but not be limited to:

EA Duties:

  • Organises the diary of the Group CR Director so that there is an effective and efficient coordination of meetings, calls and travel arrangements.
  • Monitors and manages e-mail and written communication, ensuring that items are dealt with in a timely manner. Drafts for correspondence developed as appropriate.
  • Effectively administer the claiming of expenses for the ET/ES Director.
  • Produce and co-ordinate comprehensive briefing documentation in advance of meetings with stakeholders, investors, Board Meetings, PR Companies.
  • Create documents, correspondence, agendas and minutes for the Group CR director.

Stakeholder Engagement:

  • Liaison and co-ordination with an extensive variety of stakeholders both external and internal from board members to European government officials.
  • Involvement in the setting up of the ESG day for investors. Inaugural event planned Spring 2020.

Finance and Projects:

  • Oversee the budgeting and forecasting process for the CR Hub throughout the financial year, so that meeting happen in a timely manner in line with the finance calendar.
  • Establish new ways of working and evolve processes for the Group CR director to improve the quality and efficiency activity.
  • Organise and supervise policies & procedures by the ET/ES team.
  • Management of ET/ES internal projects (i.e. MOPI, Contract handbook, Comms projects, AIC, RP) to ensure smooth running of objectives and requirements.
  • Lead organisation of Global Senior Ethical Trade Managers meetings and training events, produce PowerPoint presentations and hand-outs, send invitations and reminders, and manage attendance.

Legal:

  • Conduct due diligence to ensure documentation and process meet contract approval requirements for CR Hub.
  • Oversee distribution of contracts for signature to finance and archiving.
  • Manage the Anti-Bribery & Corruption process and training for new and existing CR Hub members.
  • Ensure compliance by CR Hub with Competition Law and Internal Audit requirements.
