Producer

Our client, a super successful artist management agency is looking for an outstanding Producer to join the dynamic team. Working with major clients globally within the luxury and beauty industries, we are looking for someone with excellent organisational skills and can navigate any production brief independently, for both advertising and editorial shoots.

As the go-to person on a shoot, you will need to have first class communication skills, as well as a professional, calm and mature approach. Being both a creative and logical thinker will be crucial.

Overseeing all aspects of the day-to-day running of shoots and working closely with the team to ensure the client’s expectations are met, you will have passion, drive and a nurturing personality!

Responsibilities include but not limited to:

• Liaise with agents, clients and artists on all production related information including travel arrangements and logistics
• Create and manage production estimates for each project
• Manage production schedule of each project
• Oversee detailed tracking of expenses, invoices, legal documents
• Maintain industry knowledge of clients and creative teams
• Oversee and manage general casting, database, portfolio tracking, location scouting, call sheets and any other aspects of production
• Oversee, manage and train junior producers and production coordinators (including monitoring the standard of their work)
• Streamline communications and coordination with partner offices in US and Europe

What we are looking for:

• Minimum 18 months of experience as a producer 
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Flexible & entrepreneurial approach to all work
• A very 'hands-on' approach and able to think outside the box
• Proactive problem solver
• Ability to drive processes end to end
• An in-depth understanding of both technical and creative processes
• A proven track record in fast paced environments
• Knowledge of Mac OSX operating systems
• First class attention to detail and multi-tasking
