My client, an UHNW Film Producer, is looking for an experienced Private PA to join his team. The role will cover 360 support of my client's entire life and this is a true gatekeeper role. It is essential that you have extensive knowledge and experience within the film industry including a broad network of connections.
A completely varied role and no two days the same. You will be adept at anticipating and adapting to last-minute changes. You will be solutions focussed and see no task as too big or small. You will be a people person who is excellent at forming lasting relationships.
Duties will include:
- Extensive, complex diary and travel management across both personal and business
- Full inbox management
- Handling press enquiries
- Travelling with the Principal
- Meeting preparation
- Liaising with the Board Directors
- Arranging meetings, preparing packs and action points
- Network management
- Oversight of household staff and Junior PA
- Personal shopping and gifts
- Booking holidays
- Events coordination
You must be flexible to travel internationally with the Principal. Whilst in London you will be flexible to work from the Principal’s home in West London as well as his office in central London. Core hours are Monday-Friday 9-5 but you must be flexible to provide out-of-hours support too. Salary is dependent on experience, around £50-60k with discretionary bonus and 25 days holiday.
