Maintenance Administrator

IPS-Reactive:

Monday to Friday - 40-hour week

An exciting opportunity for a Maintenance Administrator has arisen working on an exciting contract based Nationwide assisting with a growing facilities management team.

Duties:

•Booking in Corrective and Planned Maintenance works with subcontractors and ensuring we have RAMS certificates prior to attendance

• Allocating Corrective and Planned Maintenance works to subcontractors within the CAFM system.

• Chasing subcontractors to ensure work orders are completed within SLA

• Raising purchase orders via smartsheets for subcontractors

• Monitoring dashboards on CAFM system to ensure we are adhering to all SLA's

• Raise new works orders within the CAFM system

• Responding to queries via shared mailbox and telephone

• Monitor client portal to ensure jobs are dispatched efficiently

• Monitor shared inbox to ensure we are meeting contract expectations in dispatching jobs...
