A rare opportunity exists to provide Private PA support to a distinguished individual with a range of interests. This is a stand-alone yet varied role based in offices of the individual's London based residence.

Our brief is to select candidates with superb spoken and written communication skills in both English and French, excellent organisational skills, high attention to detail and an independent, resourceful and confidential approach. Additional knowledge of German is a plus. Experience of using Mac and MS Office programs is essential alongside experience of PA support working in a private household.

Responsibilities are varied and will range from organising and maintaining diaries, scheduling meetings, arranging of travel and managing all correspondence in English and French. Assistance with projects will also be required as well as ad hoc support duties. With other residences in the UK and Europe there will also be management of bills and accounts and liaison with staff across the residences.

This is a great opportunity for an organised Private PA who is looking to utilise both their PA support and language skills.

Kindly note, this is a part-time position, working 3 days a week ideally on Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursdays.
