Membership Marketing / Communications Coordinator
Location: U Remote (travel to London/South East team meetings)
Excellent opportunity for an experienced Membership Coordinator to join a growing global Professional Services organisation and become a vital link between global and regional Member Services and Communications teams.
Reporting to Director of Communications this is strategic role (yet hands on) role that will use data and insights to improve the membership journey, drive engagement and optimise member experience across 100 countries.
Key responsibilities include delivering high-level membership coordination, onboarding and communications and managing member data. Editing and updating website content, CRM management, quality control and exposure to international projects will also feature highly.
Skills & Experience
Proven experience in a similar role from Membership Association - essential! (B2B preferable)
Strong knowledge of membership/customer journey improvement and processes
Excellent customer service/stakeholder management and communication skills
Advanced MS office, CRM skills and email marketing tools (MailChimp, HubSpot etc.)
Ability to manage various projects and meet deadlines
Exposure to working with international teams - second language an advantage
