Receptionist

We have just taken on a fantastic Reception role working for a globally recognized hedge fund based in Marylebone.

They are looking for a fantastic Receptionist to join their team ASAP as they move in to their spectacular new offices.

A normal day will consist of:

• Meeting and greeting visitors
• Managing the company switchboard
• Working with travel agents to book flights
• Managing the companies CRM
• Processing invoices

The core hours are 8.30am-6.30pm and with the role based in office 5 days per week.

In return for your hard work, they are offering up to £35k (depending on experience) and a discretionary bonus + benefits.
